The Mexican subject comes from a survivor of an area attacked by Phytophthora cinnamomi. It has a high tolerance to cold and root rot caused by Phytophthora cinnamomi. It is very tolerant of Phytophthora cancer or Phytophthora citricola rot. The medium size of its dome is a very efficient fruit production volume. It is more tolerant of salinity than other subjects of Mexican seeds.
